Great Week at the Pool

It's been a great week at the pool!  The ice cream man showed up yesterday at 3:30, the weather's been good, and we've got a nice calm weekend ahead of the 4th of July.

Swim Meet Today
The Blackridge Barracudas are off to a strong 3-0 start! Glenn Hannah broke the Boys Open 50 Freestyle record long held by Matt Perla and Ben Winslow broke the Boys 11-12 Open 50 Freestyle record long held by David Vicarro. We've got some talented kids, and they are fun to support.

So come on down to the pool at 6:30pm this Thursday for the next meet in this magical season. Grab some legendary Cecconi kabobs at the concessions stand, cheer on the home team, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Barracudas summer.

Note:  The pool will close at 5pm to prepare for the meet! 

Still Time to Join
And, if you've been a member in the past and haven't yet joined the pool this summer, now's the time. The weather's going to be warm and the pool is cool. Meet neighbors and make new friends this summer at the pool! Everything you need to know is at www.blackridgswimclub.org.

4th of July
We'll be open on the 4th, so come on down and enjoy the pool.  Nothing unique going on, just a nice cool place to enjoy a special day.  Bring food to grill and friends to hang out with and we'll see you at the pool!
